FREE Comic Strip Printable Templates

Below you can print our FREE comic strip printable templates to use! Build your own story, create your own comic book costume, and share your graphic novel with the world!

I’ve had these simple comic strip printable templates on my site for a while now but this summer we are using them in a more creative way! We will be cutting these apart and pasting them into a blank notebook to create our own graphic novel!

OR they do make fabulous (but pricier) blank comic book/graphic novel style books that you can purchase all pre-made.

My son always had a difficult time, however, just coming up with his own story if you handed him a blank comic strip so I also included simple “buzzword” cut-outs at the bottom of our printable version to encourage kids in their creative story telling!

Just cut off the bottom strip and paste whichever cut-outs you want into your comic strips! PLUS one page is a “Build Your Own Story” page to draw one complete scene!

You can then have the child write about their story on notebook paper to go with his/her drawing! Please share this with your friends, teachers, and of course kids!! They can even work on designing their own comic book costume for Halloween!
