We had a family BBQ this summer.
The funnest thing we have done this summer so far was to enter our daughter into our town 4th of July parade. Out town hit the 70% vaccination rate target and celebrated with a huge parade! Our daughter won first place with her statue of Liberty costume. She had a blast! It has been so long since she got to do anything in a big group setting.

We just had a wedding for my son~ Small and intimate but so special
I’ve taken my kids to the pool a few times.
We took a family road trip this summer and it was a blast. My wife, two teenage boys and I traveled 2500+ miles in 2 weeks!
I have been doing a treasure hunt with my daughter which involves traveling all over Maine to get clues. We have been seeing some of the most amazing places in Maine. We can’t wait to see what more is to come.
We’ve enjoyed camping, swimming, and exploring this summer.
I haven’t done much of anything except finally resume my water aerobics classes after over a year!
Not a lot of excitement here so far this summer but swimming with my grandchildren is the best part of this summer so far.
BBQ & Swimming
We will be taking a family trip to Portland, OR next week. I’m excited to show my Hubby a new State and city, and to check out all of the food carts!!
This may not sound fun, but I finally had time to wash all windows thoroughly, including screens, and adding window treatments, and do some nice window decor with flower arrangements with aqua ball jars, and it all looks so sparkling and pretty. Still have some more to do, but it is incentive when you see results!
