What is ThinkGeek?
ThinkGeek.com is an incredible website that has gifts for really just about everyone! They sell all sorts of computer geeky products, office oddities & neat toys, apparel, brainy products, and more! This is an awesome place to buy a gift for that person who “has everything”! How about a Star Trek pizza cutter, a Biohazard baby onesie, brain soap, a talking first aid kit, a Yoda backpack, Edible Yummy Dough, or a robot building kit? You can definetely find all sorts of awesome things here to give your co-worker for Christmas!
ThinkGeek launched on Friday the 13th, 1999… and you can even request the ThinkGeek catalog which is available by mail or as a PDF file! Think Geek- it’s “stuff for smart masses”!
I have had an extremely positive experience with ThinkGeek.com. I received my products from them within one week of placing my order! It was quick shipping, they were so nice and helpful! It is a fabulous website and everything is very easy to browse through and read about.
I received 3 different products from ThinkGeek and in an effort to not make this a HUGE post I will be separating my review out into 3 posts- one for each product I received! They have also VERY generously offered a $50 gift certificate to one of my readers!! So once my 3 reviews have been posted I will be putting up a giveaway- make sure you go check out ThinkGeek after you read this review and browse their awesome products!!
The first product I received was a Lite Brite Cube. It has 4 sides to play on as well as 2 trays to hold the pegs! It came with 10 refill pages and the light bulb. The game states that it is intended for ages 4 & up. It comes in a fairly flat box and once you pull out the parts you just have to screw the sides into place- it’s very simple! Here’s what it looks like after you screw the sides into place:
I definetely recommend ThinkGeek and Lite Brite Cube if you’re looking for a gift for someone! The Lite Brite Cube is perfect to encourage children on their minor motor skills, as well as working on their colors and color coding the pegs to the letter of that color. As an added note I will add to be careful if you have small children in the house or older kids that put things in their mouth- there are over 400 small colored pegs!
This would make a great addition to a teachers classroom for an activity center and for free time- so consider purchasing one of these for your teacher this year! The kids will LOVE you for it!
I will have a link to ThinkGeek on my right side bar through the end of the year so make sure you visit their site for the holidays!!

OMG I love this! what a great product! I'll look for this when my boys are older, they could play on it at the same time!
