I have to say that this is the by far the most easy blueberry cobbler dessert recipe that I’ve ever baked! To be honest I don’t like fruit pies at all. Let’s just say that every time I make this recipe it doesn’t last through the night. My kids beg for my to make this blueberry cobbler recipe as often as I’ll make it! You can buy a beautiful pie dish here then make this delicious fruit pie! Below is the blueberry cobbler recipe:
Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
Filling:
1 pint (2 cups) fresh or frozen blueberries
1 can blueberry pie filling
Crust:
1 stick butter
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
2 packets of instant oatmeal (I used Brown Maple Sugar)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Prep:
1. Preheat oven to 400*F.
2. Mix blueberries and pie filling directly in the bottom of the baking dish.
3. Melt butter.
4. Add all dry ingredients to butter and stir with a fork until mixed. (Will be crumbly.)
5. Sprinkle crust mix over filling and bake for 30 minutes.

I need to take more photos of this the next time I make it! Just add all the blueberry filling in the bottom and crumble everything on top! It’s AMAZING and crazy simple! My favorite of course is the top crumble crust but my boys even ask to lick the dessert dish! Haha! Our fresh apple pie recipe and our flavorful pumpkin pie recipe are also both highly requested in my household!
