In case you haven’t noticed the huge displays in your local retail stores this week Disney’s Treasure Buddies is NOW out on DVD/Blu-Ray!!!
A Quick Synopsis:

Join Rosebud, B-Dawg, Budderball, Buddha and Mudbud, as the famous Buddies pack journeys to mysterious Egypt in search of the greatest treasure known to animalkind, the legendary Cat’s Eye jewel, from the lost treasure of Cleocatra! Danger lurks around every secret sphinx, cryptic crypt and puzzling pyramid as Ubasti, a devious cat, schemes to possess the mystical jewel and use its powerful energy to rid the planet of all dogs! With help from the cutest baby camel named Cammy and a hilarious monkey named Babi – the gang and their new friends avoid booby traps, solve puzzles and explore a mysterious tomb in their most exciting and challenging adventure yet.
Check out this awesome Treasure Buddies display I found at both my local Walmart and Target – isn’t it cute?! Definitely caught my eye as I walked into the stores! My son was practically googling as we walked by! He absolutely LOVES all of the Buddies movies so when I first learned of Treasure Buddies I KNEW we had to see it! Besides I have an odd obsession with Egyptian lore!

If you’ve never seen any of the Buddies movies you will love them! Treasure Buddies is great for kids of all ages and surprisingly educational! My son has been talking about spitting camels and archaeologists ever since he watched the movie! Treasure Buddies is basically narrated by the unusual monkey Babi who is telling his famous story of the time when he met the Buddies. It was a bit of a twist from a typical Buddies movie but my boys loved the monkeys!

My boys are 2 and 4 years old and love the Buddies movies! And they of course loved this one. It was no where near as spooky as the Spooky Buddies and for that I was very thankful! In fact the past few days that we have had the movie my 4 year old has watched it several times (and is watching it as I’m writing this post!).

Disclosure: I was not compensated for this review. I received a DVD to watch in order to form my own opinions. All opinions are my own.
