~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The students at our school have been busy with Dr. Seuss weekā€¦
The children have been listening to the many stories written by Dr. Seuss and expanding on those stories through art, math, cooking, science, and playā€¦
As I walk around the classrooms and see so many activities based on childrenā€™s books ā€“ I get all excited!
What a wonderful thing to be able to connect childrenā€™s literature through all content areas of the classroomā€¦
Brain Insight recently posted a list of ideas and shared how using Dr. Seuss books can help support brain developmentā€¦
If you have ideas to share, I would love to have you linky up here. I would like to keep this a resource of ideas for next yearā€¦
This is a photo shared on Teach Preschool of a really cute Cat in the Hat shared with me by Karen Ellis Harrington! I love it!
