Easy Chili Dip Appetizer Slow Cooker Recipe

Last week I made all sorts of yummy slow cooker meals for our family – and do you think I took pictures of any of them? Nope! Then of course we got sick….SO sorry for the generic crock pot picture this week. 🙂 One of my absolutely favorite quick appetizer recipes (or one that I just eat by itself!!) is a yummy chili dip my sister showed me how to make. There is no set amount of ingredients that you have to put in so change the amounts as you see fit. Add any favorite seasonings as appropriate!
For Dinner:
You’ll need:
2 Cans of Chili
1 8 oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese (cooking cream cheese is easiest)
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions
Mix together in your slow cooker and set on low in the morning. It will be all set and delicious for dinner!!
For a Party:
You’ll need:
1 LARGE can of Chili (from Sam’s/Costco)
3 8 oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese (cooking Cream cheese is easiest)
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped onions
Mix together in your slow cooker and set on low in the morning. It will be ready for your afternoon party!
Serve as is or with tortilla chips!
