If you’re anything like me you probably tend to be insanely busy – without even trying to be! I know I am! Right now I am juggling the hats of a mom, a blogger, a wife, volunteer at school, currently on a press trip, and pretty much anything else that you can squeeze into that bunch of hats! And for some reason in the spring between the end of the school year, press trips, and now being pregnant (which means insanely exhausted!) I am barely keeping up with things! So I signed up for Insightly to help me stay organized and see if I could keep my projects on task better!
I’ve actually been signed up with Insightly for a while now but, you guessed it, I was too busy to set it up! SO once again, now in my busiest time of year (I think I say that every season?!) I’ve decided to go at it again because I just love the features it has to offer and I really think that it will be very beneficial to me.
The first thing that I really loved it that I can import (and export) all of my contacts from several different locations but specifically for me, from my gmail account. My e-mails have literally exploded in my inbox and so Insightly is helping me categorize them and keep them straight!
Next I can literally add and create my projects right in my dashboard and even determine whether they can be seen by everyone, just me, or select people! Plus there are all sorts of sub categories that you can work into it as well!
And my 3rd favorite aspect is that I can actually designate specific people to work on different tasks. That’s great when running a business because I can easily keep track of what others are supposed to be doing for me, as well as let them know easily in an organized way what needs to still be accomplished!
Although I haven’t been with Insightly long I really plan on implementing this completely over the summer as there are so many fantastic features to help me stay organized! Try it out – you just might find yourself more organized and getting more things done!
