Sharpie Gel Highlighter Review

Instead of having liquid inside the highlighter it is a stick of gel. You just twist the end to click out more gel. As you see above I’ve clicked out a lot of gel so you could see what it looks like. This is a strange analogy but when you are rubbing the highlighter onto the paper it reminds me of using a stick of deoderant. It’s not a liquid but a gel stick. (weird I know!) And since it’s a gel and not liquid that also means it’s smear free! I put it to the test before and after writing something and nothing smeared!! It definitely leaves a much cleaner highlighted look.

I haven’t actually tested this yet, but the Sharpie Gel Highlighter won’t dry out – even if it’s left uncapped! They come in different colors just like traditional highlighters. I am totally sold on this product. If you use highlighters at all you definitely want to check out these new Sharpie’s! It’s innovate and ingenius and I am definitely hooked. You can swipe it lightly if you want something highlighted just a little, or you can swipe it firmly for a nice bold highlight too.
