Making Your Dollar Stretch Further – U.S. Cellular Rewards Program

Finding the perfect cell phone carrier for you is always an important issue. For us – the choice was easy. We chose U.S. Cellular because in our rural location they have the best connection, customer service, and price per plan! And when we signed up with them I was pleasantly surprised to hear about their Rewards Program which was just an extra perk.
Rewards eligible plans like ours make it SO easy to earn points which is just a bonus to being a customer. You can easily earn points for things like paying your bill, being a long term customer, having a birthday, referring friends, downloading their mobile app and more!
So what can you use your Rewards Points on?
You can get phone accessories for just a penny, accelerate your upgrade plan (in as little as 18 months!), get cool ringtones, free voice mail to text messaging, and even tickets to local events!
I think that my husband wants to save up for some accessories for our phones but I REALLY want to upgrade to the S4!! I have the Samsung S3 and have been dying to get my hands on the new S4, it’s new photo app, and some more of the other awesome features that it has. (Although perhaps by next year there will be a newer cooler model?)
I LOVE that you can earn points by just being a loyal customer! Perks are a big deal for most of us and who doesn’t love to get something free? My plan is only about 8 months old so I still want to save up for a little while before I cash in on my rewards! I had my husband check our account and I was pleasantly surprised how much it’s accumulated in under a year!
You can of course keep track of your points online so they are easy to keep an eye on. I have been with quite a few different phone carriers over the past 10 years or so and honestly I have liked U.S. Cellular the best. Our local store is absolutely wonderful, the employees are very helpful and nice, and the service itself is the best I’ve ever had.
Especially considering that we live in a tiny town with about 26 other houses! It is definitely better than the phone carrier we moved up here with!
