Edible Bug Cafe- NOT for the Squeamish!

In following with the rest of my bug series from our visit to MOSI’s Bug exhibits- there was also an edible bug cafe! Right in the middle of the museum! It was crazy- but also highlighted that eating bugs is not only healthy, but an acceptable food around the world! How about a little worm salsa to boost your protein?
How about some fried worms? Cricket cookies with sugar? I chose not to taste anything, but my son did take a taste of the fried worms….
And you can see what he thought of it! 🙂 I thought for sure I could sell him on the cricket cookies dipped in sugar, but after those worms he was not going to have a taste!
