Cheesy Sweet Pork Roll Ups Dinner Recipe

In an effort to break from the rut of eating the same thing ALL the time I’ve been trying to create recipes that I can not only make easily but that also freeze nicely! Here’s what we made for dinner the other nice which made approximately 20 roll ups.

Ingredients:

4 pounds pork tenderloin
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup Coke
salt
pepper
flour tortillas
2 cups nacho cheese
2 cups shredded cheese
onions
1 cup salsa

Directions:

Place 4 pounds of pork tenderloin in your slow cooker. Top with 1 cup salsa, 1 cup Coke (any type of soda will do), and 1 1/2 cups brown sugar. Cook on low for 6 hours. Once it’s cooked pull pork and dump back into slow cooker so it can simmer with the juices. Pour in 2 cups nacho cheese, then place onto a flour tortilla and wrap it up. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of tortilla wrap. Bake in oven at 350* for 10 minutes.
