My school is in an urban setting near San Pablo, CA. We serve students from Richmond , CA. As well. Most parents speak another language so it is hard for them to help their children read or do homework. Our computer lab is woefully out of date. Mahalo/Thank you for considering my school. I teach fourth grade there. It will be my seventh year.
I believe my school would be a great recipient for the 50 Kindles. They would be a great tool for our students to use in class or during library. It is sometimes a feat to get the boys to read so I think this would be a great way to interest them as well.
