This is our beautiful little school. What you see if what you get – it’s all there nestled in between corn fields! Let me explain – we live in the middle of nowhere (our town has 26 houses) and our school has been there for OVER 100 years! It’s kind of like those stories you hear about with those dreamy little schools with tiny classroom sizes and everything you wish you could do with your students when it comes to hands on experiences. We found it and my husband is employed there. In fact it’s the reason we packed up our entire family and moved across the country several years ago. Don’t get me wrong, it’s like any other school with it’s issues but it’s PERFECT for my kids. Tons of recesses daily, tons of field trips, nature walks, classroom outdoors on nice days, hands-on activities pretty much always, high test scores. But because it is so small and we’re out in the country our budget is small too which is why I am nominating our school for the Tyson Project A+™ (for more info on that see below!). You can nominate your school too!

1. Visit Walmart.com/ProjectA+.
2. Nominate YOUR school by sharing WHY your school needs a head start on collecting their Tyson Project A+™ labels. (You’ll then get the option to share your post on your own social feeds to get your friends involved.)

The school with the MOST nominations will receive a packet of labels worth $1000 so make sure you share with your friends and family!

So WHAT is the Tyson Project A+™?

Tyson Project A+™ is an awesome and easy way for your school to make money! When I go shopping at Walmart I buy products that participate in the Tyson Project A+™ program like Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips which is a family favorite. It is made with 100% natural ingredients and is all white meat! (I’m big on good healthy protein in our house.) You can find more participating products here or search for the “Support Your School” label like in our photo above. Clip off the label and give it to your local school. They will then send in the labels and be given cash in return so that the school can purchase anything it needs to! 

Haha my son cracks me up! This is pretty much his face every time we have these Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips because he loves them so much! Sometimes we cook them as is and eat them as strips but a lot of times I tear them up to use in pasta, salad, tortilla wraps, and pretty much any other way I can easily use them! They take just a few minutes to pop in the microwave and can be used in pretty much any recipe that calls for chicken.
