TA-DA! This week’s Thrift Store Thursday find was this vintage wrought iron nut cracker! Normally I only have my nutcrackers displayed at Christmas time so I was thrilled to see this guy which was perfect for year-round display! I bought it for $1 and it’s almost in pristine condition! It’s selling for about $10-$20 online but I’m keeping this baby for myself! During the Christmas holidays I have quite the nutcracker collections and I’m always sad to see it packed up at the end of the season. So when I spotted this year-round nutcracker I knew I had to grab it!

I’m not sure if I technically collect these, but I’m always drawn to beautiful tea cups. I use them as tealight candleholders for now – and in a few years (when my youngest can be trusted with porcelain), I’ll be able to hold official tea parties with my kiddos!
