I am a musical sort of being. Whether it’s jamming to my stereo in the car or in the house pumped up about as loud as it can go, jammin’ on Sundays in our band or even jamming with my kids music is a really big part of my life! I’ve played the piano for 26 of my 30 years and it helps me on the happy days, on the frustrating days, cleaning the house, and having fun with the kiddos. Although it’s already almost the end of January I am totally pumped for 2014! It’s going to be a GREAT year in SO many ways! Hubby and I have started doing Zumba workouts together at nights and between my Jawbone Up keeping track of my activities and my Aria Fit Scale keeping track of my weight I am determined to make healthier choices this year and hopefully as a result lose the rest of those baby pounds! And to be honest more than anything I want to be able to keep up with my boys as they get older. Let me tell you – at 6 and 4 years old they keep me MOVING and I know as they get older they are going to get even faster to keep up with!
