Make your own pancake mix instead of buying a pre-made box! Normally you pay close to 9 dollars for 96oz of mix. That will make approximately 6 batches of pancakes. Each batch makes about 11 cakes. If you take that nine dollars and purchase flour, surgar, eggs, milk, baking poweder, salt, and oil, you will spend about 9 dollars initially, but after that initial, you will only have to really buy milk, flower, and eggs. The other ingredients will last more than 11 batches. You can do the same for waffles as well!!
