Gluten Free Corn Dogs Recipe!

Going gluten free (and dairy free!) wasn’t easy for me but I have spent several years trying to perfect my favorite gluten free recipes! This gluten free corn dogs recipe is AMAZING and super easy to whip up!

Gluten Free Corndogs

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 cup Corn Meal

  • 1-1 ½ cup Gluten Free Bisquick

  • 2 eggs (beaten)

  • 1 TBSP Sugar

  • 1 cup Milk (you can use soy, almond, etc)

  • Hot Dogs

  • Sticks (optional)


Pour oil in your frying pan and heat to about 350 degrees. (or use a regular fryer if you have one dedicated for gluten free foods!)

In a separate bowl add your corn meal, sugar and 1 cup of the GF Bisquick and stir together to mix.

Whisk in 2 eggs and 1 cup of milk.

Your batter should start looking pretty thick. You can add in a little extra Bisquick if your batter is too runny.

Push the sticks into the hot dogs, then roll around into the dough and place in your fryer. Fry them for about 3-5 minutes rotating as needed.
