I was so excited to be part of a new TeachHUB project! According to the teachers at TeachHUB.com success in education starts with curiosity, and curiosity starts at home. For National Library Week, encourage your kids to explore a topic they’re interested in learning more about. Sit down at a library and read together – and ask them what they learned! A few weeks ago we passed out surveys at our school to the children with questions like “What are your favorite fictional characters”, “What is your favorite subject” and other fun questions. The kids even had to draw their favorite scenes on the survey AND (the most interesting  responses) the students were asked what their teachers did during the summer. I never stopped to think about what a student thought his/her teacher did during the summer. Some of the answers were just crazy! Everything from swimming, working, sleeping – it was really fun to read the answers! Once the kids completed their surveys I sent them all back to TeachHUB and they came up with this great infographic!
