Big Imaginations can make Big Messes

For anyone who has followed my blog for a while, you know I’m a huge encourager of imaginative play, as I feel it is lost to many of our children today. BUT sometimes that from that little imagination stems big messes! I thought you’d get a kick out of the mess my son made while I was working on some of dinner the other day.
I was in the kitchen finishing up dinner when I turned around and saw that my son had laid his Woody doll on the table- drowning amidst a table full of rice and food- and covered Woody in a dirty kitchen washcloth! Of course Buzz had to fly in and save the day……but he forgot to clean up the rice for mommy! 🙂
