Redesigning Education: Rethinking the School Corridor

I found a fantastic article on “Redesigning Education: Rethinking the School Corridor”. Basically it talks about the long dark halls of traditional school buildings and the effect that is has on children. It’s a really interesting article, and I love some of the schools that they show which have been redesigned. I’m not exactly sure how their class schedule would be set but if you scan through some of the video posted below you can see one of these new schools in progress. Some of the video is not in English….the school actually looks like a large hands-on museum if you ask me! I sure would have LOVED it as a kid! 🙂
