3. Enter your birthdate.
4. Fill out the rest of the information including your UPC code and click SUBMIT.

 What would your school do with the money if they won? I know there is a LOT that we can update for our students with this! We could purchase more gym equipment, some more library books, ereaders, iPads, and other school supplies/materials that need to be updated.
