Parents- BOOK IT! is a GREAT program that promotes reading and literacy for children K-5-6th grade. Their parents site features Read Aloud Tips, Literacy Terms, and 100 Great Read-Aloud books! They reward children for reading books by teaming up with Pizza Hut and rewarding certificates and FREE Personal Pan Pizzas for those that have accomplished their goal. On their R.E.D. Zone site they have a fantastic list of books to read and look at in different categories.
