Mongolian Beef Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 4 large green onions cut Optional

Instructions

  1. Cut flank steak into thin slices.

  2. Add cornstarch into a gallon bag and coat flank steak.

  3. Add coated steak and all ingredients into slow cooker and stir.

  4. Cook on high 3 hours or low 5 hours.
