Here’s another super easy recipe we made using our Cuisinart Juice Extractor from Best Buy. As you can see above it makes about a half pitcher full (we were making drinks for 4 of us). Because I was making roughly four cups I decided to just keep juicing in the small container and then dump it into the pitcher and mix it. For this tropical fruit juice we used:

1 whole pineapple
1 mango
1 apple
2 oranges
2 carrots

Combining the above drink provides the following nutrients:

Vitamins: A, B1, B2, B6, B-complex, C, E, K, biotin, folic acid, pantothenic acid, niacin, thiamin, riboflavin

Minerals:  choline, potassium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, silicon, sodium, sulfur, calcium, flourine, zinc, selenium

That looks good and sounds delicious! We need to start finding ways to abide by a heart healthy diet and that juice sounds great. Now, I just need to convince my husband to buy a juicer!
