Free National Park Pass

Starting TODAY, September 1st, if you have a 4th grade in your family you can sign up for free for the “Every Kid in a Park” Initiative which allows your family the chance to request a FREE pass giving you free access to national parks, national forests, national wildlife refuges and more! This will REALLY come in handy next summer since it’s good for 1 year! If you’re a 4th grade educator you can print out passes for your students!

SH! I’ve got a secret to tell you! In the next few weeks I am launching a brand new website for travel and educational enthusiasts called Exploration America. The link will take you there once it’s live. It combines my passion for travel and road tripping, nature photography, and educational exploration right in your backyard, or America’s backyard! As much as I wish my family could travel the world we simply cannot afford it. But we have found ways to travel many places in our country and expose America’s history and beauty to our children in a way that textbooks can’t touch. It will cover travel in America with the focus on the great outdoors, national and state parks, unique off the beaten path exploration, oddities and historical locations. I’m SO excited to finally be turning my passion into a hobby to share with everyone else!
