Our family already sits down to have a good strong breakfast every morning and especially this month in August we all go out to my large vegetable garden every day and as a family look for the veggies that are ready to harvest! It’s been such a great experience for my kids to watch the veggies as they grow and then be able to pick them and then in turn use them for family meals. We’ve also used play food to be able to recognize all of the varieties of veggies and fruits.
