Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
Filling:
1 pint (2 cups) fresh or frozen blueberries
1 can blueberry pie filling
Crust:
1 stick butter
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
2 packets of instant oatmeal (I used Brown Maple Sugar)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Prep:
1. Preheat oven to 400*F.
2. Mix blueberries and pie filling directly in the bottom of the baking dish.
3. Melt butter.
4. Add all dry ingredients to butter and stir with a fork until mixed. (Will be crumbly.)
5. Sprinkle crust mix over filling and bake for 30 minutes.
I have to say that this is the EASIEST and most delicious recipe I’ve ever made! To be honest I don’t like fruit pies at all, so when I was asked to make one I figured I would make it and try to find someone to eat it. Let’s just say that when I made it, and tried it- it didn’t last very long!! In fact we invited a few friends over for dinner, and our blueberry cobbler didn’t make it through the night!
