Coming out on February 7, 2012 is Elmo’s World: Elmo’s Favorite Things – a brand new two hour DVD featuring eight popular Elmo’s World segments. My boys both absolutely LOVE Elmo’s World and Elmo’s Favorite Things was no different!! As soon as they saw the DVD come out of my mailbox they ran right inside the house to watch it! Both my 2 year old and my 4 year old loved it! It’s so exciting for them to join Elmo as he meets new friends and explores new activities! It helps take them places that they haven’t been before too which is neat.
In this DVD kids can join Elmo and learn his favorite things such as School, Birthdays, Friends, Pets, Games, the Beach, Dinosaurs, and more! There is also a downloadable 10 page activity book too! My boys just loved the themes in this Elmo’s World – perfect for preschoolers! All of Elmo’s favorite things just happened to be my boys’ favorite things too! Every child can relate to birthdays, animals, games, and (hopefully) beaches! Many of them love school or are dreaming of school too!
I have always loved the educational aspect behind Sesame Street and Elmo’s World videos. From learning colors to numbers, how to be friends and share and so much more there are plenty of educational and life lessons to be learned from Elmo and his friends.
My kids LOVE Elmo, but they also love Mr. Noodle, Elmo’s silly friend who is always acting goofy! They just giggle and laugh at the crazy things that Mr. Noodle does! If you’re looking for an entertaining and educational show for your preschooler you don’t need to look any further than Elmo’s World!

My 9 year old with autism would love to win this DVD. Elmo has always been her favorite. She still watches him each night before bed. Most days Elmo's phrases are the only things we can get her to say. Thank you for the review, I really enjoy your blog.
